Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, NGOT provides consistent and reliable network support. Some of their responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and maintaining network status
• Controlling QOS (Quality of Service)
• Detecting and correcting all network problems and routing issues
• Observing network impact related to peak times and promotional events
